The ACT Migration Program has been closed to overseas applicants effective 23 August 2017.
However, overseas applicants can still apply if they meet the ACT nomination criteria and they have, either:
- Close ties (either family or genuine job offer) in Canberra, OR
- Completed a PhD at an ACT university
For overseas applicants who have already submitted and paid the application fee before 23 August 2017, the application will be processed in queue order.
Applicants living in Canberra can apply for ACT 190 nominations as soon as they meet the nomination criteria.
